A man masturbated in front of a woman in an apartment laundry room, then tried to convince the victim not to call police by paying her cash, according to this week’s Arlington County crime report.
The alleged incident took place around 9:00 a.m. near the western end of Columbia Pike in Arlington. Police have identified the suspect as a 34-year-old Arlington resident. From the crime report:
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 140902018, 5500 block of S. Columbia Pike. At 9 am on September 2, a male subject masturbated in front of a female victim in the laundry room area of an apartment building. Following the incident, the suspect grabbed the victim and attempted to pay her with cash to not report the incident. Warrants for indecent exposure and assault & battery were issued for Walter Kissee, 34, of Arlington, VA.

ARMED ROBBERY, 140830007, 4800 block of S. Columbia Pike. At 1 am on August 30, a 36 year-old male victim was allegedly robbed at knifepoint by two suspects. Suspect one is described as a Hispanic male between 25-30 years of age, approximately 5’10” tall and 190 lbs. He had a pony tail and was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans at the time of the incident. Suspect two is described as a Hispanic male between 25-30 years of age, approximately 5’11” tall and 190 lbs. He was wearing a white shirt and blue shorts at the time of the incident.
ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 140831001, 2200 block of N. Fairfax Drive. At 11:40 pm on August 30, an altercation between two females escalated and a knife was brandished. As the suspect approached the victim, witnesses intervened and police were called. Briday Brazzle, 25, of Arlington, VA, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding. She was held without bond.
ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 140902029, 900 block of N. Stuart Street. At 1:45 pm on September 2, a subject threatened a male victim with a knife at a bus stop in Ballston following a dispute. Richard Hill, 51, of Takoma Park, MD, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding. He was held without bond.
