A man was seen committing a lewd act outside a restaurant near the Clarendon Metro station Monday night.
Police say they’re still investigating the alleged incident, which occurred around 9:40 p.m.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 151228062, 3100 block of N. Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 9:40 p.m. on December 28, a male subject was seen masturbating outside of a restaurant. The investigation is ongoing.

ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 151225018, 4200 block of N. 2nd Street. At approximately 7:40 p.m. on December 25, a 45 year-old male victim was attempting to break up a fight and was stabbed. Juan Carlos Gonzalez Santos, 29, of Arlington VA, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding. He is being held on a secured bond.
ARMED ROBBERY, 151224043, 1100 block of S. Joyce Street. At approximately 11:10 p.m. on December 24, an unknown male subject allegedly robbed a female victim of her purse at gunpoint. The subject fled in a nearby parked vehicle. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black jacket, black skull cap, black jeans, and had shoulder length dreadlocks.
ARMED ROBBERY, 151224001, 1200 block of S. Courthouse Road. At approximately10:20 p.m. on December 23, an unknown male subject allegedly robbed a female victim at gunpoint. The suspect then fled the scene in a white sedan. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a ski mask.
ABDUCTION, 151228046, 2700 block of S. Grove Street. At approximately 11:00 a.m. on December 28, a male subject refused to let a computer technician leave the residence until his computer was fixed. The suspect allegedly had a gun in his possession and threatened to kill the victim. Joseph Nestor Mondello, 50, of Arlington VA was arrested and charged with abduction.
LARCENY FROM AUTO (series), 151223011, 1500 block of S. Crystal Drive. Between12:00 p.m. on December 22 and 7:30 a.m. on December 23, an unknown subject(s) entered at least eleven vehicles in a residential parking garage and stole numerous items. There is no suspect(s) description.
BURGLARY, 151223039, 4400 block of N. Fairfax Drive. Between 12:20 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on December 23, an unknown subject(s) forced entry into an office building suite and stole two laptops. There is no suspect(s) description.

At approximately 11:30 p.m. on December 29, an unknown male subject was seen attempting to gain entry to a laundry room with a large kitchen knife. The suspect is described as a white male in his fifties, approximately 5’10”-6’0″ and weighed 180 lbs. He was wearing a light blue sweater, tan pants, and brown shoes at the time of the incident.
