A 61-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly walking around pantsless outside of a Clarendon toy store.
The incident happened last Thursday around 11 a.m. The suspect was seen without pants, exposing his genitals, outside of Kinder Haus Toys in Clarendon, according to scanner traffic at the time.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2017-10190099, 1200 block of N. Fillmore Street. At approximately 11:00 a.m. on October 19, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival it was determined that a male suspect was observed exposing himself outside of a business. William Klugel, 61, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Drunk in Public. He was held on no bond.

BURGLARY (late), 2017-10230043, 4300 block of Old Dominion Drive. At approximately 6:49 a.m. on October 23, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that between 2:00 p.m. on October 20 and 1:15 p.m. on October 22, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a business and items of value were stolen. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (late), 2017-10230086, 5100 block of Little Falls Road. At approximately 10:11 a.m. on October 23, police were dispatched to the report of a late burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that between October 14 and October 16, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a residence under construction and stole items of value. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2017-10210274, 2700 block of S. Fern Street. At approximately 10:08 p.m. on October 21, police were dispatched to the report of an Attempted Malicious Wounding. Upon arrival it was determined that the male victim was waiting for a parking space to become available when the suspects pulled around him and parked in the space. Following a verbal dispute, the two suspects left the area and returned, each brandishing a knife. The suspects made threats but no one was injured. The suspects then fled the scene on foot. Suspect 1 is described as a black female in her 20’s with curly hair. Suspect 2 is described as a black male in his 20’s wearing black sweatpants and a short-sleeved t-shit. The investigation is ongoing.
ASSAULT BY MOB, 2017-10220037, 700 block of S. Carlin Springs Road. At approximately 2:18 a.m. on October 22, police were dispatched to the report of a large group of males chasing an individual across the roadway. The call was transferred from Fairfax County dispatch and arriving officers made contact with Fairfax County Police officers who were also dispatched to the area to investigate. The victim advised that while walking in the area, a large group of male suspects with weapons chased him before dragging him into the woods, where he was threatened at gunpoint. The victim was able to fight back and flee the scene. Officers canvased the area with negative results. The group of male suspects is described as being approximately 13 young, Hispanic, white males, wearing either black or blue hooded sweatshirts. All of the suspects were described as approximately 5’6-5’8 in height with dark features. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2017-10220110, 2700 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 11:19 a.m. on October 22, police were dispatched to the report of a breaking and entering just discovered. Upon arrival it was determined that on October 22 between 3:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. an unknown suspect forced entry to a business and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and items of value. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY FROM AUTO (series), 2017-10210070, 2500 block of N. Quincy Street. At approximately 5:30 a.m. on October 21, police were dispatched the report of a series of larcenies from autos. Upon arrival, officers canvased the area and located four unlocked vehicles that had been tampered with. Contact was made with each of the vehicles’ owners and it was determined that only spare change was reported missing from the vehicles. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE, 2017-10210127, 3800 block of 26th Street N. At approximately 11:20 a.m. on October 21, police were dispatched to the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim’s unsecured vehicle was stolen overnight. The vehicle was tracked using a factory installed tracking application and a possible location in Fairfax County was developed. With the assistance of officers from the Fairfax County Police Department, the vehicle’s location was confirmed and the vehicle was recovered. The contents of the vehicle showed signs of tampering, but no items were missing and no damage was reported. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
ASSAULT & BATTERY (Significant), 2017-10190011, 1200 block of S. Glebe Road. At approximately 12:46 a.m. on October 19, police were dispatched to the report of trouble unknown. Upon arrival it was determined that after forcing entry into the victim’s home, the known suspect contacted the victim requesting he return to the residence. When the victim arrived, the suspect threatened and assaulted him. The victim was able to convince the suspect to leave the residence and a second altercation ensued outside. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was located and taken into custody without incident in the 3400 block of Columbia Pike. Scott Duke III, 36, of Arlington, VA, was arrested and charged with Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault and Battery and Strangulation. He was held on no bond.
BURGLARY, 2017-10180041, 1900 block of N. Quinn Street. At approximately 6:03 a.m. on October 18, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary just discovered. Upon arrival, it was determined that between October 17 at 7:00 p.m. and October 18 at 4:20 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a business and stole items of value. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2017-10180193, 4600 block of Dittmar Road. At approximately 3:52 p.m. on October 18, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that a resident returned home and encountered two suspects inside the residence, attempting to exit with stolen items of value. The suspects dropped the valuables while fleeing the home and all items were recovered. The suspects then fled in a white four-door sedan driven by an unknown male. The suspects are described as two Hispanic females, ages 45-55 with short, dark hair, wearing t-shirts and sweatpants. There is no suspect description of the driver of the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2017-10180230, 2500 block of N. Buchanan Street. At approximately 6:57 p.m. on October 18, police were dispatched to the report of a late breaking and entering. Upon arrival it was determined that between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on October 18, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a residence and stole items of value. There is no suspect description.
