The end of October is near, but there are plenty of open houses to check out this weekend.

According to Homesnap, there are 548 homes for sale. Of those homes for sale, 328 are condos, 185 are detached homes and 35 are townhomes. The median sales price is $570,000 and the median list price is $699,000 with 202 price changes taking place.
