Expect rain to begin after 9 am, with a high near 53 and breezy east winds at 9-14 mph, increasing to 15-20 mph in the afternoon with gusts up to 32 mph. The chance of precipitation is 100%, and we may see between a half and three-quarters of an inch of rainfall. Tuesday night, the rain will mainly occur before 1 am and could be heavy at times, with a low around 47. Southeast winds at 15-20 mph will shift to the west at 7-12 mph after midnight, with potential gusts up to 31 mph.
