* TIMING… SNOW WILL BEGIN EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE TAPERING OFF DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
