Bella’s Bartok at Sehkraft Brewing

Time: 8:30 p.m.-midnight
Modern-pop klezmer band Bella’s Bartok will take the stage at Sehkraft Brewing for a free show. The group describes itself on its website as “what you would get if Salvador Dali and Toulouse Lautrec were fronting the Moulin Rouge’s house band.”
Saturday
Central Arlington History Tour
Clarendon Metro station at the top of escalators (3100 Wilson Boulevard)
Time: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Center Hiking Club will have a 10-12-mile walk to visit Colonial-era points of interest, Civil War sites and other historic spots in central Arlington, including Clarendon, Ballston, Arlington Forest and Glencarlyn. The walk costs $2 for people who aren’t club members.
ACPD Summer Block Party
Kenmore Middle School (200 S. Carlin Springs Road)
Time: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Arlington County Police Department will throw a free block party with food, police dog demonstrations, a distracted driver course and “15 minutes behind the badge,” according to an event post.
One State, Two State, Red State, Blue State LIVE CCL Improv
Arlington Drafthouse (2903 Columbia Pike)
Time: 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Improv theater company Chicago City Limits will put on an interactive show on “CamPAIN 2016,” including “what the Don has Done, the Thrillery of Hillary, and Feeling the Berned Out,” according to a website for the performance. Tickets are $20.
Sunday
Nelson Reeves 116th Birthday Party
Reevesland Farmhouse (400 N. Manchester Street)
Time: 3-4:30 p.m.
The Reevesland Learning Center is celebrating the 116th birthday of Arlington’s last dairy farmer, Nelson Reeves, with tomato sandwiches, cupcakes and lemonade. Organizers also will tell stories about him and sing, “The Ballad of Nelson Reeves.”
