Adoptable Pet of the Week: Tabitha

Meet Tabitha, Arlington’s latest Pet of the Week. This 3-year-old arrived at Lost Dog & Cat Rescue after a year in a shelter. Now, she’s in a foster home and learning to love people until she finds her forever home.

Here’s what Tabitha’s friends had to say about her:

When we found out that Tabitha meant ‘gorgeous’ in original Greek, we weren’t sure. Our girl is pretty but maybe not exactly gorgeous. But then we remembered the old sitcom where Tabitha had her own quirky charm, and we knew it was just right!

This is a girl who loves her catnip mouse. Tabitha came to us after spending a year in the shelter, and toys were her BFFs. Now, she’s learning how great people are. If you give her scratches at the base of her tail, she will love you forever.

She needs an experienced cat owner with a quiet home that will allow her to set the pace. Once she trusts you, she is a sweet and lovely companion.

Could you and Tabitha be the perfect match? Check out her complete profile to learn more.
