Arlington’s Williamsburg Shopping Center will soon be home to Adil’s Salon and Spa.
This salon, occupying 1,166 square feet of retail space, is Adil and Nancy Karkas’ second salon; their first salon opened in 2007. This husband and wife team are veterans of the local beauty scene.
