Vehicle Tamperers Arrested — “Upon arrival, an officer observed two male suspects allegedly rummaging through the inside of a vehicle. The officer gave the suspects commands to stop, which they refused to comply with and attempted to flee the scene on foot. The officer initiated a foot pursuit and the suspects were taken into custody with the assistance of additional officers.
