* IMPACTS… HIGH RISK OF HEAT STROKE OR OTHER HEAT-RELATED ILLNESS FOR THOSE WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING OR THOSE OUTDOORS FOR ANY EXTENDED PERIOD.
