A description of the scholarship process can be found on the Virginia DAR State website About — Virginia DAR. The National DAR scholarships are available to all students and can be found on dar.org website in which an applicant completes their information online.

ABOUT THE ARLINGTON HOUSE CHAPTER:
The Arlington House Chapter of The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) is chartered in Arlington County. The chapter was established in 1953 and took its name from Arlington House in Arlington National Cemetery. The house was built by George Washington Parke Custis, the grandson of Martha Washington. Most of our 88 members live in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area. NSDAR is a service organization dedicated to preserving history, fostering education and promoting patriotism. Members all hold proven ancestry to a patriot who served in the American Revolution. For more information contact arlingtonhousedar.org
