This week’s Arlington Pet of the Week is Lambeau, a mutt with a love of bowties and the Green Bay Packers.
Here’s what dog mom (and dog bowtie seller) Megan had to say about him:
Lambeau lives in Arlington, VA, is 3 years old and is a mutt.
Lambeau was rescued in Louisville, KY where he lived for a year. He moved to Milwaukee, WI for a year before moving to Arlington, VA in December. He was very happy he moved to the DC area in time for Snowzilla since he is a big fan of the snow. He is named after Lambeau field where the Green Bay Packers play so maybe cold weather is in his blood.
Lambeau loves exploring. He enjoys walking down to the national mall along with going on trails along the Potomac River. He also likes how many of the stores in Arlington are dog friendly but he now expects to be able to go into any store he wants.
Lambeau is always wearing a bowtie. His mom, grandmom and aunt sell dog bowties (Brugg’s Bowties) on Etsy. Lambeau likes to pick out which bowtie he will wear for the day.
