Listing of the Day example

As the madness of the spring real estate market begins, ARLnow is here to make sure local real estate pros can stand out from the crowd.

Our Listing of the Day feature is the perfect way for local real estate agents to showcase their home listings and get ahead of the game.

As the competition heats up, just like your favorite college basketball tournament, ARLnow’s LOTD can be your all-star player, driving more interest, views, and potential buyers to your listings. With our self-serve offering, you can easily submit your property details and photos, and we’ll make sure they shine.

Here’s why ARLnow’s Listing of the Day is a slam dunk…

  • Prime Exposure: LOTD appears on the ARLnow homepage, social media channels, and in our daily email newsletter, reaching tens of thousands of engaged readers (including potential homebuyers).
  • Branding: Your name and photo appears (if desired) in the main gallery image. We also link to your website.
  • Easy to Use: Our self-serve submission platform makes it simple to highlight your property’s unique features and submit your listing in just a few steps.

You’re a busy person and don’t always have time to check to see what’s going on locally, we get it.

Maybe you rely on social media to bring you your local news, in which case you’re probably seeing more baby photos and fewer headlines these days. Or you use one of those “smart” news apps that seem to have local stories from everywhere except Arlington.

Either way, if you want to stay in the know here in Arlington, the easiest way to do so is to sign up for ARLnow’s Afternoon Update. Like clockwork, at 4 p.m. each day (when we publish) the headlines will arrive in your inbox.

No need to wade through lots of emojis or first-person writing. Just local news headlines, thumbnail photos and links. Get it by for free by signing up here.

As has remained true for the past 11 years, only ARLnow will ever email — we will not share your email address with a third party.

Want all ARLnow articles in your email inbox once a day, rather than relying on Facebook, Twitter or Nextdoor to surface local stories on occasion?

Sign up below for our long-standing Afternoon Update newsletter and you’ll get excerpts and links to the past 24 hours of ARLnow stories (almost) every day around 4 p.m.

As always, it’s 100% free and you’re in control of whether you want to also get breaking news alerts or other notifications.

Yes, go ahead and roll your eyes. It’s yet another online popularity contest for local media-types.

But, if you’re so inclined, feel free to vote for ARLnow.com in TBD’s #DCjournotweeps competition, which seeks to rank “the best journalists using Twitter in their coverage of local news.”

We are in the esteemed company of such local notables as the Washington Business Journal’s Missy Frederick and Sarah Krouse, WTOP’s Neal Augenstein and Adam Tuss, and DCist’s Martin Austermuhl and Aaron Morrissey. It’s tough competition, but let’s at least not finish last.
